A medium-weight transparent washi & linen mesh. Washi is a durable, eco-friendly material where the fibres of the mulberry plant are commonly used for making paper, but can also be used as a fabric which is comfortable on the skin. Its plain weave creates a structured, durable, but transparent, loose fabric. Coming from the leftover collection of Jan Jan Van Essche, this Japanese woven mesh fabric is a 55% washi and a 45% linen and is ideal for making your shirts and dresses.
