1. Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • Incorrect Product: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
    • Size or Fit Issues: If the product you ordered doesn’t fit as expected, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to availability. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer service at within the specified timeframe for your particular situation.
    2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant details or photos.
    3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return/exchange authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
    4. Package the item securely, including all original packaging and tags. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
    5. Ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

4. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will issue the refund using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exceptions:

    1. Digital products, such as downloadable patterns or eBooks, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    2. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
